Comics in the library!

Kase made these awesome comic books!  He shared them with us in the library on Thursday at lunchtime.  Well done Kase!  I think your comics are amazing.  I wonder if anyone else is interested in making comics?

Last Chance Books

The latest library display is about 'Last Chance Books'.   These are books that Clare has chosen because they have not been issued for a long time, or very often.  

Would you like to rescue one of these last chance books!?  Then you should borrow one to read!  When you return it, come and talk to Clare about whether it should stay or go.

Kids Lit Quiz

Last Thursday an amazing bunch of readers took part in our 2016 Kids Lit Quiz.  They answered 6 rounds of questions based on books they had read in Term 3.  Look out for the winning team at next weeks assembly.

Roald Dahl!

Have you seen the Roald Dahl display in the library?!  We have a set of 15 nice new copies of Roald Dahl books - they are on display at the moment but you will be able to borrow them soon.  The 13th of September is Roald Dahl day, it is 100 years since he was born.  Here is a link to a website celebrating Roald Dahl, go check out some of the games and activities!  What is your favourite Roald Dahl book?
